Product Replacement

You have the right to return the product you received within 14 calendar days and request its replacement. We emphasize that the date of shipment of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, to check the deadline.

The charge concerns the first replacement of products and is charged to the customer. The cost is € 5.00. In case of a second replacement, the costs of returning the product to us as well as the costs of resending the new one are borne exclusively by the customer. For returns from abroad the return costs are borne by the person making the return. In any case the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means that:

  • Products do not have damage and their packaging should be the ones that normally accompany the product
  • Products should be in excellent condition with their factory packaging (box or gelatin)
  • Products should be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement, after first contacting our customer service department. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Replacement / Return Process

The replacement / return process is simple and is always made by contacting us at 2651079097.

The replacement process is as follows: After contacting the customer service department, you send us the product to be changed, packaged with ACS Courier without any shipping costs. When we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product (concerns only the first replacement in each order) is borne by the customer. If you wish us to send it to you with your own cooperating transport company, you should know that our company does not bear the costs of transporting the parcel and also does not bear any responsibility for any longer delivery time than estimated by the cooperating courier company.

 

Replacement Policy

It is clarified that the replacements are always made in the initial purchase price of the product with any extra charge that arises as stated above. In case of replacement, if you do not find a product of equal or greater value than the product you want to return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, equal to the difference that arises.
